With over 18 years of solid experience in instructional designing, coaching, training, mentoring and consulting; Ivana has produced and facilitated successful workshops, seminars, and conferences that have covered interpersonal/ intrapersonal communication, organizational and workforce development, strategic planning as well as individual & group coaching towards peak performance. Ivana is credited as one of the two instructional designers who provided the solid foundation for a Georgia State Agency's Management Development Program (MDP). Designed with a focus on the competencies for successful leaders, this program has produced successful classes of executive leaders for its agency. To date, curriculums originally designed by Ivana are currently in use. Recently, she served as instructor, facilitator, and HR consultant within the renowned Georgia Leadership Institute and Enterprise Learning Division (GLI), one of the many initiatives sponsored by Governor Purdue’s Commission for a New Georgia (CNG). There she provided corporate training, facilitation, and coaching to executive leadership members and teams for all Georgia State Agencies.
Currently, Ivana is Director of the Continuing Education Department as well as serves as a Curriculum Designer and  Faculty Member in the Jewell Jackson-McCabe Emerging Leaders Institute (ELI). This awesome institute develops that phenomenal global leader within every woman for the 21st Century. Through an intense program that specifically focuses on progression and succession techniques, ELI trains women to enumerate their goals and professional objectives, develop an image consistent with those objectives, utilize management techniques most suited for their personalities, and harness their individual power to achieve success in their chosen profession. Focused on empowering and educating phenomenal women in their dedicated Quest for Excellence, ELI is an awesome creation of The National Coalition of 100 Black Women Stone Mountain-Lithonia Chapter, Ivana's "home away from home."Ivana has shared her passion, knowledge and skills with audiences in both, the public and private sector. She has a passion for creating, delivering, and implementing topics ranging from communication within individuals & teams, management and team-building skills, organization and workforce enhancement, mission-focused strategic planning, facilitating focus groups, and the training of trainers; to diversity and culture competency training.
