Life Coaching is NOT Therapy.
Where therapy brings understanding and awareness of the past to a client; my coaching services and practices provides the support and strategy to make changes based on the awareness that you hold.
My style of coaching is movement oriented and action, as well as evidence-based.
Our coaching relationship is important to me. This coaching relationship is consistent and on going in that, where I stay with you to assist you in implementing new skills, changes and goals.
A supportive friend is wonderful to have in life, yet does not hold the objectivity and distance that I hold as your life coach. As your life coach, I offer a different perspective of the "truth" (sometimes your "truth") because of the emotional distance our professional relationship offers.
I take my career and role serious as your "choosen" life coach. This means that I am a commited professional business woman first. I believe in creating and developing trust as it concerns you and the most important aspects of your life, family, business, passions, and dreams.

Why did I choose to become a life coach?
Quite honestly, this awesome profession chose me and I am embracing every moment!
This career allows me to live my most authentic life. It provides the opportunity for me to reach, stretch, and expand in the interest of "reaching, stretching, and expanding" other Success Driven Women.
More and more, each and everyday, I encounter awesome creations of God (Success Driven Individuals) that are simply tired of doing what they think they "should" do. Most are so ready to do what they "want" to do and simply lack the coaching and guidance to put "Success" into action. I am so very proud to be a part of that "light" that comes on when that individual realizes how simple it can be to accomplish a desire, goal, or dream that should have taken place or happended a long time ago. What an awesome adventure it is to see a Success Driven Woman intentionally create the time and resources needed to invest in her growth, her success, her passion, her peace of mind...
Not limited to individual coaching, it is always a pleasure to find and work with companies, corporation, associations, and organizations that are intentionally searching and exploring innovative ways of growing and empowering themselves as well as their team members, from the inside out.

Are you available for short-term projects for individuals, groups, and companies/organizations?
Yes. I have been hired to help clients accomplish specific goals or projects. Usually, upon the completion of the project, client continue to partner with me because of the synergy created and the support the relationship provided in setting and meeting goals.
Do you take referrals?

How long must I commit if I start working with you?
If you are serious about your success than you will understand that change takes time.
I request a minimum of 3 months commitment in our partnership. If you neede a one time coaching session just to bounce somethings around or if you need something outside of this minimum commitment, please contact me so we can explore.

Who are your clients?
My coaching practice is primarily comprised of national and international Success Driven Women who:
-Are 18 years of age and over (current practice average age is 38)
-Represent ALL walks of life.
-Represent of a cross section of occupations and careers; from employment within the fast-food industry to management and leadership in state government and corporate environments to political activists/representatives to professional athletes.
-Are in relationships and seek effective communication strategies to achieve mutual agreed upon identified relationship goals (be it intimate, family, and/or effective interpersonal communication with others).
-Are entrepreneurs, solo-preneures, or business-owners; such as home-based businesses, salons, entertainment industry, and direct marketing, to list a few.
-Know what they want, but are being held back for many different reasons and fears.
-REALLY WANT to INVEST in themselves.
-Have decided to focus on adjusting their attitudes to accept and attract the positive people, things and energy.
-Have decided to transform negative beliefs and self-doubts into positive thought process and self-confidence.

The question that I always keep on the forefront of my coaching radar is
"What Determines the Behavior of My Clients?" better yet... How do we begin to fix the problem if YOU do not know how it works?
As your Certified Subconscious Restructuring™ Life Coach, it is my objective to empower you to take control of YOUR life. This is done when you begin to understand how your subconscious works and how it DIRECTLY IMPACTS YOUR DAILY LIFE.
In each session, I share and incorporate the knowledge of just how powerful the subconscious is and how it works in alignment with your intented goals. Each of my clients receives the understanding that their goals, objectives and strategies can only be fully controlled and realized if they fully understand how the subconscious works.
Until you change your subconscious programming any changes you wish to make will almost always be temporary and not permanent.
In the interest of each of my clients, I strive for A PERMANENT STATE.

Is there a secret to making my own life coaching program work?
YES!...YOU own the secret and the magic key!
The secret to making this program work is the consistent implementation and application of what you have learned.
You may be dealing with a learned behavior that is 10, 20, 30 or 50 years old, I call these "INHERITED GOALS, DREAMS, and BELIEFS". You absolutely MUST intervene on the behavior you want to change with the tools you have learned from our coaching partnership until you have completely destroyed the old program and permanently installed the new one.
